CUNA Mutual needed to reach a small number of high value C-level executives within their association's credit union membership. My team and I developed a three phase acquisition campaign that would ultimately elevate CUNA Mutual's visibility within the desired target group, but also increase likelihood of establishing recognition among credit union staff. Nobody can eat this much chocolate in one sitting. Once a quarter for three quarters, a mailing went out encouraging recipients to offer CUNA Mutual wealth management services to their credit union customers. Within each was a custom molded message that was bound to be not only shared, but remembered.
